This taco was something I threw together from leftovers today.

Blue cheese crumbles
Shredded chicken
Corn tortillas
Ken's Steak House Lite Strawberry Vinaigrette
Delicious and super simple. Definitely a recipe that would be easy to take car camping. Cook and shred the chicken in advance and put everything in the cooler.
